I'm Tim Pauli. I run a small dairy farm which consists of 72 acres of certified organic farmable land, which is usually enough to feed the milking herd and young stock.

I have been running this farm since 1984 and have been grazing since 1992. The cows receive 95% of their forage from grazing from usually about April 20th to Nov 20th.

This farm has always pushed to be a low cost farm and historically has produced high net income per cow and per acre, when you consider most feed is home raised.

The goal here is to keep this farm going as an organic dairy and pass on some of what I have learned trough the years, and becoming a Mentor Dairy Grazer is the best opportunity to achieve this.
