Certified Organic Dairy in Vermont

My name is Leon Corse and I am a 5th generation dairyman farming with my wife, Linda, and adult daughter, Abbie. We have about 100 certified organic cattle (Holsteins, Red & Whites, Jerseys and Crosses), 50-55 milking, shipping high quality milk to CROPP/Organic Valley since 2008. Our cows have been pastured for over 150 years. We raise and harvest all our own forage, plus some to sell. We farm about 340 certified acres in a rural, high elevation, somewhat remote, location in southern Vermont.

We have successfully graduated 2 apprentices and are currently seeking our next one. We are interested in sharing our knowledge with a young aspiring dairy grazier so they can gain the knowledge and experience to operate their own farm in the future. We can offer an on farm efficiency apartment, partial board and stipend.

Please reach out with any questions you have for us.
