Organic Farm in Lancaster County

Mennonite family operation with 200+ cow organic and 100% grass-fed certified dairy producing milk for the OV Grassmilk market. A small portion of our milk is purchased by a gelato company who leases plant space here on our farm. We are semi-seasonal with calving starting around the beginning of March and lasting until August. We raise our 50-60 replacement calves in a nanny cow group and then out source them from 10-22 months of age to a rental farm 2 hours drive away in central PA. We also have some poultry (turkeys & layers) on the farm as separate enterprises.

We need a full time employee and find that someone who wants to learn and is interested in what is being done makes the best kind of employee. We enjoy teaching and explaining the reasons for why we do what we do on our farm. With our 20+ years experience in grazing and organic dairy we have much to offer in the way of experience and knowledge.
