Crossbred Herd on Pasture

At Birds All Dairy, we grazed and milked 40-50 cows on a 325+ acre farm of which 120 acres of pasture are in 20+ high tensile fenced paddocks. 43 acres of pasture are under irrigation with a Kifco Reel by gravity flow and powered by solar panels.

As we have sold the herd in November 2022and have retired from the daily work we are seeking an experienced farmer or journey worker who wishes to manage their own farm operation.Multiple opportunities exist, not limited to operating a dairy or beef, mixed breed farm opportunity, with the potential for long term lease or farm transfer. All dairy equipment and farm equipment in place. Housing available. The farm is located in Allegany County, western New York.
