All Grass Farms operates at two locations. Our main commercial farm is a diversified 160 acre pasture farm in Dundee, Illinois about 45 miles from downtown Chicago. Our centerpiece enterprise is the raw milk operation, we are one of 12 farms licensed in Illinois to produce and distribute raw milk. Our small but growing herd of approximately 35 purebred A2 Guernsey cows grazed on adjacent tree-lined pastures.

We added a second farm location near Elkhorn, WI in 2021 which offers us an additional 400 acres of pasture and hay production with a well maintained dairy barn and swing 16 parlor. Our long-term goal is to build a creamery at that location to produce organic, grass-fed creamline milk and drinkable yogurt for distribution in the Chicago market.

In addition to raw milk, we produce 100% grass fed beef on the farm, as well as pasture-raised chickens, eggs, turkeys, and pork. Almost all production is sold through our on-site farm store.
