We are seeking an energetic person(s) or family to learn from our experiences and who would work hard and contribute to the growth and creativity of our enterprise.
Job description is flexible and will change with candidate’s strengths and interests. Work can include anything from barn chores, milking, feeding calves, crop work, and setting up paddocks to helping in the creamery and the marketing side of our business. If we have multiple interested candidates, we may have work for one and a half positions.
We own a three bed, two bath rental house across the street that will be unoccupied in March that we are willing to use for our employees.
The opportunity to learn at our farm is enormous. We are flexible and are willing to teach all that we have learned to anyone who is motivated and seriously interested and willing to put forth effort and hours.
