Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship
Stonewall Farm is a non-profit education center and regenerative farm located in Keene, NH. We operate a 30 cow organic dairy operation that sells to Stonyfield and also process some dairy products in our on-site creamery including ice-cream, butter and cheeses. We are also a HUB with the Savory Institute. The Farm Apprentice will work in all areas of our dairy operation from milking cows, completing daily feed and barn chores, herd health, grazing, fencing, milk sanitation and compost and manure management. In addition, they will gain exposure to the agri-tourism and education enterprises on the farm while interacting with the general public. Ability to operate tractor equipment, work multiple shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. Advancement in pay and position is available and based on performance. On-site room in a shared apartment house is available on-site.
