Apprentice field day for anyone interested in learning more about making their own cheese products. This will be held at Redhead Creamery 31535 463rd Ave, Brooten, MN 56316. The informational session goes from 2:30-4:45. We will be meeting for lunch before the event around 12:30-1:00. This is open to apprentices and apprentice candidates.
