Jessica is Apprenticeship Manager for Dairy Grazing Alliance (DGA), responsible for strengthening and managing the Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship program. A first-generation farmer with a background in social work, Jessica brings to DGA a deep commitment to beginning farmer education. She is passionate about creating pathways into grazing dairy and helping farmers flourish through education, mentorship and practical support.

Known for fostering strong relationships across DGA's network, Jessica works closely with Mentors and Apprentices, engaging directly with farmers to understand their current experiences and challenges, and how DGA can support their success.

Jessica entered the dairy grazing sector as a DGA Apprentice at Hameau Farm in Belleville, Pennsylvania. While she had prior experience working on diversified vegetable farms and raising laying hens, DGA catalyzed her professional path in managed grazing dairy.

Following her Apprenticeship, Jessica worked with Pennsylvania Sustainable Agriculture Association (PASA) as an Education Coordinator, supporting DGA program delivery and building strong connections with Mentors, Apprentices and partner organizations. She graduated to Journey Dairy Grazier status in 2021.
