Register for a Managed Grazing Innovation Center (MGIC) account.​
- MGIC is Dairy Grazing Alliance's educational arm.
- Once you create a MGIC account, you'll be able to learn more and apply to become an Apprentice.

Mentors are responsible for hiring an Apprentice and may:
- Receive notice of your application
- Contact you directly or send message through website
- Make their profile available to Apprentice applicants -
Sign-in to the MGIC website anytime to:
- Search for Mentors with an available profile
- Answer messages from Mentors and DGA Staff
- Update your profile or change settings

Minimum Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or higher or GED, or a composite score of at least 18, or comparable Accuplacer test scores in math and reading.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be physically able to perform the work of the trade with reasonable accommodations and without hazard to themselves or others.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work and school.
