Her ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities with consistency and care makes her an essential part of DGA’s operational infrastructure.
At DGA, Amy is known for her exceptional organizational skills, proactive approach and ability to anticipate needs before they arise. She supports leadership and staff by managing complex schedules, coordinating logistics, tracking details across multiple initiatives, and serving as a reliable point of continuity in a fast-moving, remote work environment.
Amy brings a calm, solutions-oriented mindset to her work and is trusted across the organization to handle tasks with accuracy, discretion and follow-through. Her behind-the-scenes leadership enables staff to stay focused on program delivery, partnerships and farmer support.
Originally from the Upper Midwest, Amy has always enjoyed being around animals and agriculture — a passion that continues to resonate with DGA’s mission. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, building LEGO flowers, golfing, and being with her husband, daughter, and blue heeler. And yes, she’s still known to point out cows when she sees them.
