The Corse Farm Dairy, LLC

Certified Organic Dairy in Vermont

My name is Leon Corse and I am a 5th generation dairyman farming with my wife, Linda, and adult daughter, Abbie as well as MacKenzie Wallace. a former apprentice who graduated and became part of our farm team.We have about 100 certified organic cattle (Holsteins, Red & Whites, Jerseys and Crosses), 50-55 milking, shipping high quality milk to CROPP/Organic Valley since 2008. Our cows have been pastured for over 150 years. We raise and harvest all our own forage, plus some to sell. We farm about 340 certified acres in a rural, high elevation, somewhat remote, location in southern Vermont.

We have successfully graduated 2 apprentices and are currently seeking another. We are interested in sharing our knowledge with a young aspiring dairy grazier so they can gain the knowledge and experience to become a successful grazing dairy farmer in the future. We offer housing, some other perks and a salary.

Please reach out with any questions you have for us, we're looking for the right person!
